So when you talk to those young men, and I think that we ought to be able to approach them much as the Muslims do and, and not be intimidated by that and say, hey, there is really a better life for you. I know that you cannot realize that right now, but I'm here to show you a vision and to show you how you can achieve that vision. So, I think you have to really establish a relationship because nothing is going to happen without that relationship.

Then you've got to be able to bring the practical tools to them including your own life experience in order to be able to help them to succeed. And it's a road. It's a process. But I think the investment is well worth the effort.
