Maybe that is not as important as why - or what do we do about it instead of complaining to one another about the problems we already agree on.
I don't know. Hence the question. But maybe we too can get jiggy with solutions and stop asking for permission to fix the problem, take a cue from the Cos, and hit 'em in the head with such a brilliant alternative that it takes people years to find fault with the reprogramming we institute.
