THE QUESTION

Mr. Cosby, Do you know about the link bewteen in-utero and newborn lead exposure, and behaviour? I have written a book on it... interested?

There is a mounting body of evidence that confirms the link between
lead exposure and brain damage - not just learning diabilities and declining IQ, but also behaviour. Many of the important issues that you are speaking to have roots in the lead exposure of mothers who pass the lead on to their forming babies. The equivalent of 3 grains of sugar is enough to permanently injure and damage an unborn child's brain ... at critical stages of development that relate to impulse control, and other brain related functions that control behaviour. Why are afro-American's over represented in crime statistics and prison populations? Afro-American's are predisposed to
lactose intolerance - a key factor in lead absorption!! Those crusading for social change must look at the underlying reality about lead exposure. Dr. Cosby...PLEASE read my book. Then form your own opinion about what decades of research shows so clearly.
If you are interested in a copy my new book - a book that is written for typical parents, politicans and educators, I would like to send you
a copy. I believe this book has the potential for profound social change. I hope to hear from you. Coommitted to the cause... Dr. Sandra Cottingham
