Where can I find scholarships for freshman student for Fall 08
Mr. Cosby I am in need of help. My oldest son was just accepted to Tuskegee University. We were so excited screaming and everything until the financial aid information came. We are short $8000.00.
I am a single mother of three who just graduated with a Master’s in Education in December of 2006. Mr. Cosby I am ashamed to say that I struggle to feed my children and pay bills. I am a third grade teacher and love my job. But if I have to give $8000.00 to Tuskegee for this boy this year I don't know what will happen to us.
I told this boy that all he had to do was study and stay out of trouble and everything would be ok- now this. I keep my game face on for him and I tell him not to be sad but inside I am in pain.
We are sending out scholarship request and receiving no responses. If you or anyone reading this can tell us of any other sources please do so. He needs the money yesterday. I am waiting on my stimulus check to help but it is not enough. Please help us!
