You can not get a record expunged after the fact. This would have had to been done during the court trial. Is it a felony or a misdemeanor?? If it is a misdemeanor don't worry about it. If it is a felony, when did it occur? There are things you can do to get over this. If you have been denied employment there should be organizations that can support this effort of yours.
